Press Release Summary = Freebirds World Burrito open its second restaurant in
Lubbock - its 17th location in Texas.

Press Release Body = On Monday, February 19, Freebirds World Burrito, Texas'
favorite fresh fast casual restaurant know for their Monster burritos, will open its
second restaurant in Lubbock - its 17th location in Texas. The newest Lubbock
restaurant is located at 1201 University Avenue across from Texas Tech campus
located at the intersection of Broadway and University.

As with all Freebirds locations, the second Lubbock store will be personalized to
the region with a black and white mural of Roy Orbison, a tribute to one of Texas'
most influential singer-songwriters and pioneers of rock and roll. Orbison,
originally from Vernon, Texas, spent much of his youth in Fort Worth and Wink.

The University Avenue restaurant will also sport flying guitars and the ever-present
Libby astride a custom-made Harley Davidson bursting not through the wall as in
other Freebirds locations, but through the trunk of two 1960 Cadillacs. The antique
cars signify the infamous Cadillac Ranch, a tribute to what many consider as
America\'s best automobile, located along historic Route 66. Cadillac Ranch was
created in 1974, the brainchild of Stanley Marsh III, the helium millionaire who
owns the wheat field where it stands. A collective of artists called Ant Farm placed
10 Cadillacs nose-down, half-buried and facing west at the same angle as the Cheops\'
pyramids.

Along with the traditional trade dress elements which include metal and wood
finishes accented by cloudscapes, brick walls, concrete floors, and a bright yellow
and black color scheme, the new Lubbock Freebirds will feature a two-story atrium.

\"Anyone familiar with Lubbock knows of its football fans' non-traditional use of
tortillas," said Alan Hixon, CEO, Freebirds World Burrito. "Lucky for us, they've
also shown favoritism to eating tortillas - especially when they're skillfully
filled to perfection and crafted into a mouth-watering Freebirds burrito."

The new restaurant will employ 33 crew members. On opening day, the restaurant will
open at 11:00 AM with their full menu of burritos, salads, quesadillas, tacos, and
nachos.

With the second Lubbock location, the company has grown to 17 locations across Texas
in the Austin, College Station, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Lubbock
markets. Several more stores are slated to open in 2007 including the company's
first location in San Marcos and one in Richardson.
